Agreement

These terms are between you and Brand Rebel Media, Inc., a Florida company. By using signology.ai you agree to them. You must be 18 or older to use Signology.

What Signology is

Signology offers readings for reflection and entertainment. Readings describe traditional meanings and never predict outcomes. They are no substitute for medical, mental health, legal, financial or other professional advice, so please don't make important decisions on them alone.

Free tools and Signology Plus

The reading, the free tools and a free account cost nothing. Signology Plus is a paid subscription: $9.99 a month or $49.99 a year in US dollars. Checkout may show the price in your local currency, with any sales tax or VAT added before you pay.

A new Plus subscription starts with a 7-day free trial, once per account. We email you 3 days before the trial ends. If you don't cancel before then, your card is charged on the day the trial ends, and again at the start of each billing period until you cancel.

You can cancel anytime in your account, under Manage or cancel Plus. Plus stays open until the end of the period you've paid for, and you aren't charged again. Payments already made aren't refunded unless the law requires it; if something went wrong, write to hello@signology.ai and we'll look at it with you.

Plus is sold through Link, Stripe's checkout service. Stripe is the seller of record: it takes the payment, handles sales tax and VAT, sends your receipts and helps with payment questions, and you can also manage or cancel Plus on link.com. Signology never sees or stores your card. If we change the price, we'll email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to you, so you can cancel first.

Your journal, your profile and your downloads never move behind Plus. If Plus ends, you keep reading, writing, exporting and deleting them on your free account.

Fair use

Please don't overload, scrape or attack the service, or use it to harm anyone. We may block traffic that does.

Our content

The texts, design and code of Signology belong to Brand Rebel Media, Inc. You're welcome to share your own cards and links for personal use.

No warranty

Signology is provided as it is. We work to keep the calculations correct, but we can't promise the service will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, Brand Rebel Media, Inc. isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Law and changes

Florida law governs these terms. We may update them; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions: hello@signology.ai.
